Once you have Aadhaar Card Update or Correction Form on your Computer, just take a print out of it.
And fill in the form, from Field from Update/ Correction select Mobile, as you want for Aadhar Card Mobile Number Registration.
Fill in the all details asked in the form in Block Letter with Mobile Number which you want to register with your Aadhaar Card. Make sure the local language gets translated properly.
