Government of India has also given deadline till 31st December, 2017 to link Aadhaar Number with respective LIC Policies. You can get your Aadhaar linked with your LIC Policy Online within few seconds, the only requirement is you should have your mobile number registered with Aadhaar Card.

• Keep your Aadhaar Card and PAN card handy along with the list of policies.

• Visit Aadhaar Linking Page by clicking here.

• Enter below details asked in the form:

1. Full Name As Per Aadhaar
2. Date Of Birth
3. Aadhaar Number
4. Gender
5. Email Id
6. PAN Number
7. Mobile Number As Per Aadhaar
8. Policy Number (enter policy number and click on add policy)

• Once entering all the above details just accept the declaration “I hereby submit my Aadhaar Number and PAN as issued by UIDAI and Income Tax Dept, Govt. of India and voluntarily give my consent to link the Aadhar number and PAN Number to all my LIC Policies. I give my consent to obtain and use my Aadhaar Number, Name, fingerprint/Iris and my Aadhaar details to authenticate me with UIDAI as per Aadhaar Act, 2016 and all other applicable laws. I also give consent for verification of my PAN No. with Income Tax Department. LIC of India has informed me that my Aadhaar details and Identity information would only be used for demographic authentication, validation, e-KYC purpose and for all service aspects related to LIC of India. I will not hold LIC of India or any of its officials responsible in case of any incorrect information provided by me.I also authorize LIC to use my mobile number as mentioned above for sending SMS alerts.”

• Solve the image displayed and enter it in below field.

• Click on get otp button. 

• You will receive otp on your Aadhaar linked mobile number.

• Enter the OTP and click on submit button.

• You have submitted your Aadhaar Details, a message will be displayed "Success, Your Aadhaar details received for linking to your following LIC policies. Confirmation SMS and e-mail will be sent to you after verification with UIDAI" 

• Your Aadhaar Number would get successfully linked to your LIC Policies once verification by LIC.
