UIDAI has come up with another essential feature named as Aadhaar Verification. Where anyone can check if the Aadhaar Number Generated for the resident is genuine or fake. With this method, anyone can easily check or verify Aadhaar Number by visiting the Official Aadhaar Website from their device.

How to Verify Aadhaar Number

Visit the UIDAI Website https://uidai.gov.in/
 
UIDAI Language Selection 
 Make select of the language in which you wish to access the UIDAI Website 
 
Once making the selection of the language, the website will redirect to the UIDAI Homepage

From the homepage access the Aadhaar Services Section and click on the Verify an Aadhaar Number
 
It will open a new tab in the browser of myAadhaar page

From the services displayed on myAadhaar page click on Check Aadhaar Validity
 
On clicking Aadhaar Validity it will take you to Check Aadhaar validity Page

On Check Aadhaar validity page, you need to enter the 12 digits Aadhaar Number, Solve the Captcha Security Code and click on Proceed button 
 
Aadhaar Verification Completed
 
If the entered Aadhaar Number is genuine, on the next page you will get to see the entered Aadhaar Number exists and Aadhaar Verification Completed with details such as Age Band, Gender, State and last 3 digits of mobile number.
