Download Aadhaar Enrollment form and get Enrolled for Aadhaar Card Today Itself. Incase of update or correction in Aadhaar, the same form can be filled by tick marking the purpose from Update or New Enrolment.

The Aadhaar Enrollment form and Update Form is available in English language and it must be filled in English itself in block letters. The same form can also be used as aadhaar address update form or aadhaar address change form.

After filling this form for update or new enrollment you must visit the nearest Aadhaar Card Center along with the Documents supporting your application form.

After getting enrolled to Aadhaar Card, you will get your Aadhaar Card latest by 3 Months or you can also Download it from the Online Portal of UIDAI or mAadhaar app. In-case of update requests it may be processed in 2 - 3 weeks of timeline and the new update will be reflected in your Aadhaar which can be checked by downloading the latest Aadhaar from UIDAI
